Aradhana Dubey is an accomplished entrepreneur with a passion for product design and engineering. She co-founded her first venture at the age of 15, which developed an aftermarket Android distribution that has since grown to have over a lakh users. With over 10 years of experience in mobile technology, Aradhana has built applications that are available in both the Play Store and Apple Store. She has successfully founded three companies and is constantly helping build others. Currently, Aradhana is the Co-Founder, Product and Design at Wellthy Therapeutics, where she is responsible for the creation and deployment of Wellthy's PDC Platform. She laid down the building blocks of the company's design language and engineering stack and hired and set up a 35-member development and design team in less than three months. Aradhana also helped lead a team to incrementally improve Wellthy's patient, health coach, and doctor dashboard by collecting data and using actionable insights. In her past roles, Aradhana served as a Senior Product Designer at Ola, where she designed Ola's driver profile, ideated and created Ola Suvidha for partners, and designed the self-service flow for operators and partners. She also worked on improving Ola's Inventory Management System to reduce clutter at Ola's dac's. As the Lead Mobile Product at LetsVenture, Aradhana laid down the PLM and PRD for the mobile application, hired and set up LetsVenture's mobile development team on iOS and Android, and reduced the cost of development of the mobile application phenomenally. Aradhana holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Automobile Engineering from the University of Kerala, Class XII from Christ Nagar Senior Secondary School CBSE, and Class X from Kendriya Vidyalaya. She is skilled in Javascript, Mobile, Android, ReactJS, Web, iOS, Frontend, Backend, product design, product management, UI, designer, software engineering, and infra. With 11.87 years of relevant experience, Aradhana is a problem solver who focuses on creating polished, pixel-perfect, smooth, and responsive applications that help end-users achieve their goals painlessly and as quickly as possible.
