Aravind Anchala is an accomplished RF engineer with a passion for LTE/5G - RF/RAN, GIS & Data Analytics, and Python & C++. He is currently working at Dish Network, where he manages RF front end optimization in User Equipment (UE) to comply with 3GPP regulatory requirements for 5G. Aravind also defined RAN and Device requirements in RFP for deployment of NB-IoT & 5G network and accelerated the NB-IoT network deployment by resolving border interference via simulations in RF planning tool. Before joining Dish Network, Aravind worked as an Engineering Intern - Python Programming at Caterpillar, where he developed a new hybrid algorithm from Nelder-Mead (NM) and Genetic Algorithm (GA) to solve N-dimensional problem of curve fitting the experimental damping curves of Internal Combustion engine with theoretical curves. The final measure of merit, the overall error had 10 dB reduction with the hybrid algorithm. Aravind was also part of the Formula Student - Mechanical Design Competition at Raftar Formula Racing, where he worked as a Steering Subsystem lead and was responsible for working on Kinematics and Dynamics of multi-body systems from conception to integration into car. His team of 30 first-timers ranked ahead of veteran teams in FSC Germany, FS India design and business plan competition. Aravind holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Brown University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. He also completed his high school education from Narayana Educational Institutions. Aravind is proficient in Python, Frontend, and Integration and has a relevant experience of 4.86 years. With his technical skills and experience, Aravind is a valuable asset to any organization and is always eager to take on new challenges and learn new technologies.
