Aravind Ekanath is an innovative software engineer with over 5 years of experience in wireless data communication frameworks, specializing in WLAN and Multi-RAT. As a Software Engineer - R&D at Parallel Wireless, he has worked extensively on Multi-RAT (LTE/UMTS/GSM) in a cloud-native environment. He has also fixed minor bugs in ACS (auto-configuration server) and enhanced the debug logs and statistics of SCTP packet processing in HetNet Gateway. Additionally, he has experience in TR069, 3GPP, and Multi RAN's concept, and has exposure to Docker environment, CI/CD Pipeline in Jenkins, and OpenStack Cloud Environment. Aravind is highly experienced in C programming and Linux environments, with a basic understanding of Golang programming, Mongo DB, and cloud-native environment. He has a strong grasp of data path packet processing and kernel driver development. Currently, he is learning DPDK, VPP, RDK-B, and Cloud Application. Prior to his current role, Aravind worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Altran, where he designed and developed High Availability of Wireless LAN Controller and Scalability by supporting 2000 Access Points per Wireless LAN Controller with 50 stations per AP. He also enhanced development testing by crafting python and bash scripts and interfaced with Qualcomm-based chipsets with Linux 3.1 and OpenWrt (LEDE Reboot 2.3.2). Aravind's expertise in both the Control plane and Data plane (Linux kernel 3.10.0) allowed him to collaborate with cross-functional development team members to analyze potential system solutions based on evolving client requirements. Aravind holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from K.L.N. College of Engineering Pottapalayam, Sivagangai Dist. He also completed his 12th grade in Computer Science from Velammal Matriculation Higher Secondary School and his 10th grade from the same school.
