Aravind Koti is an experienced software developer and Python development engineer with over 4 years of experience in the industry. He has worked as an offshore development engineer for top manufacturing firms, including Nissan Automotive Japan, where he played a significant role in designing the Nissan X-trail, a compact SUV successfully launched in the Olympics Tokyo. Aravind has extensive experience in various coding tools used for designing car parts and has automated various design processes using Python. Aravind has mentored a design team of 30 recruits, revised their training curriculum, and scheduled client visits. He has experience in operations and planning for the production process, which mandates across the value chain. Aravind has been awarded for outstanding performance for the financial year 2018-2019 and is currently working as a Technical Lead Engineer for a team of 15 members. Aravind is also responsible for all facets of business development for RAG Enterprises and has crafted business plans and strategies. He received the State Government Award for the 'Best Growing Startup' under the 'Make In India' Campaign. In his previous roles, Aravind worked as a software engineer for RAG Enterprises India, a technology start-up that provides design consultations and services to the automotive and aerospace clients, using Python to reduce their operations and time and expenditures. Aravind holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from B.M.S College of Engineering and a PU degree from Sri Aurobindo College Shimoga.
