Before joining Axens, Aravind worked at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited as a Deputy Manager, where he provided essential information and research for the proposal and project team in regard to engineering and construction phases of the process. He reviewed and analyzed process design information for optimization of unit performance and assessed existing data to determine if there were some research and other information needed. Aravind conducted process growth test and development experiments and devised reports, charts, and diagrams for monitoring catalyst activity and unit performance. He supported the project execution team by providing technical expertise and was part of the implementation team for Manufacturing Execution Systems software package supplied by M/S Aspentech, with specific expertise in Production Accounting & Mass Balance Reconciliation (ADVISOR), Oil Movements tracking (ATOMS), Process Historian (IP-21), Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). Aravind holds a B.Tech degree in Chemical Engineering from Bundelkhand University. He also attended Fertilizer Inter School Gorakhpur.
