Aravind S is a Physics Master's graduate from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, with a strong background in Nanosciences and Applied Physics. He is currently pursuing a Master's Thesis at the Centre for Nano Science and Engineering, where he is working on Nanophotonics and Waveguide Bragg Gratings. Aravind's thesis involves the modelling and analysis of Waveguide Bragg Gratings using the Eigenmode Expansion method. He is investigating the relation between different waveguide forms and simulating data that can be used to fabricate Bragg gratings. Aravind has also completed a Bachelor's Thesis at the Indian Institute of Science, where he worked on the Effect of Acoustic Vibrations on Microcantilever Probes. He developed an experiment to study the effects of acoustic vibrations in microcantilever probes used in Atomic Force Microscopes and modelled the microcantilever's response to acoustic vibrations theoretically. Additionally, he has completed a Research Internship in Geophysics, where he studied Seismic Anisotropy and examined the directional dependence of seismic wave velocity at different parts of the earth's interior. Aravind has 2.95 years of relevant experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning. He has expertise in Python, Tensorflow, Computer Vision, OpenCV, NLP, Pytorch, C, Keras, CNN, Scikit, Neural Networks, AWS, BERT, Text Classification, Recommendation system, Naive Bayes, SVM, Random Forest, Seaborn, RNN, Pandas, Flask, and Web. He is a skilled Data Scientist and Research Scientist, capable of developing and implementing complex Machine Learning models.
