He has also led the Public Profile feature and designed the UI for the same. Aravind has worked on implementing user adoption strategies for the Practice Platform, which has resulted in a 25% increase in monthly active users and 20% month-over-month growth. He has managed various programs and stakeholders, including teams of interns for Referral and Mentorship Programs, Bootcamps, and more. Aravind has grown the workattech Discord community to over 6000 members and improved the social media audience from 3000+ to more than 26000. Aravind holds a B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication from Mar Baselios College of Engineering and Technology and completed his schooling from Arya Central School.
