Aravindh Kalaiyarasan is a Specialist Programmer at Infosys, with over 7 years of experience in Computer Vision, Deep Learning, Image Processing, and Autonomous Vehicles. He is a quick learner who loves to take on new challenges and is constantly improving himself in Deep Learning, Computer Vision on Edge devices, and Image Processing techniques. Currently, Aravindh is part of the Strategic Technology group in Infosys, where he is working on Computer Vision, Deep Learning, MLOPS, and Autonomous Vehicle related problems. He is responsible for implementing POCs and analyzing image data for customers. His competencies include Python, C++, OpenCV, ROS, TensorFlow, Keras, Kubernetes, Docker, Deepstream, Kubeflow, NumPy, Numba, Image Processing, CNN, Sensor Fusion, Robotic Perception, SQL, Raspberry Pi, Lidars, IMU, and Wheel Encoders. In the past, Aravindh worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at Infosys, where he developed an Autonomous Guided Vehicle solution using sensors suitable for material management for indoor environments. He also developed algorithms for obstacle detection using a 2D LiDAR and implemented a WiFi Localization method (POC) using multiple Wi-Fi signals and machine learning algorithms. As part of the Power Programmers initiative inside Infosys, Aravindh was selected through a programming contest to get certified from Udacity as a Self-Driving Car Engineer. Aravindh holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anand Institute of Higher Technology and a Self-Driving Car Engineer degree from Udacity.
