Aravinth Prabakar is a highly skilled Principal Member of Technical Staff at Oracle, with over 12 years of experience in the tech industry. He is currently a part of the OCI Storage team, where he is responsible for designing and developing reactive backend services for Object storage. Before joining Oracle, Aravinth worked as a Principal Developer at Western Digital, where he was a part of the Intellicare Cloud predictive Analytics team. He was responsible for designing and developing fast-track secure solutions to maximize the uptime and efficiency of Enterprise storage arrays. He also worked on various ML initiatives and data analytics, and was responsible for managing the AWS infrastructure for security compliance. Aravinth has also previously worked at Oracle as a Principal Member of Technical Staff, where he was a part of the Life Cycle Management team. He was responsible for developing fast-track solutions to Oracle products in SAAS and PAAS, building a zero-downtime upgrade/patching framework and Orchestration Tool for Oracle Cloud that is scalable and fault tolerant. This framework is used by CloudOps for SAAS/PAAS Patching and Upgrades, automating the roll out of out-of-place patching or upgrades across a node while allowing customer applications to continue servicing requests. Aravinth holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Thiagarajar College. He is highly proficient in several technologies, including AWS, Azure, Backend, infra, ML, Java, Web, test, Redis, RabbitMQ, MongoDB, Spring, Postgres, Frontend, and Senior Software Engineer.
