Currently, Archana is the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at HealthifyMe, where she is helping to discover, build, and scale teams. Archana's past experience includes working as a Recruitment Lead at Buyhatke, where she managed and led recruiting efforts for the company. She created and implemented recruiting plans, developed strong relationships with universities, and utilized various sourcing tools and techniques to identify active and passive job candidates. Archana's education background includes attending Little Flower Public School and Vijaya PU College. Her tech stack includes UI, product designer, designer, ReactJS, and research scientist.
