Archana was part of the team for the testing phase and implementing of the Global Application Tracking System (SAP SuccessFactors) and the project for Employee Branding Activities in India. She ideated and executed employer branding initiatives to increase brand value. Archana created processes to enhance and measure candidate experience right from the interview stage up to 90 days after onboarding. Archana holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resource & Marketing from JIMS. She has relevant experience of 12.86 years and possesses TechStack skills in Senior Software Engineer and testing.
