Archana Dhavale is a Product Development Engineer III at Phenom with over 8 years of relevant experience in software engineering. She is interested in adventure work in Python, Node.js, AWS services, Javascript, or any other technologies. Archana believes in not just fixing a problem or developing a solution but designing the BEST solution that is reliable, handy, low maintenance, no complexity, scalable, and long-standing. Being a Full Stack Engineer, her primary job is to listen to requirements, draw a picture, create a vision, measure possible environment limitations or risk factors, consider possible future scope for change, design a model, build a scalable, reliable solution, and perform unit testing and deployment. Archana has worked with My Ally (acquired by Phenom) as a Senior Software Engineer and Smartserv as a Senior Software Engineer. At Smartserv, she worked on micro-service architecture designed by the team, which gave her exposure to the workings of micro-service architecture and docker. She was responsible for end-to-end delivery of software, including designing, architecture, coding, testing, and deployment. Archana designed the frontend architecture for the flagship product of SmartServ to combine the old backbone frontend with the new tech React and worked on QuickBook Integration for Online and Desktop applications. She utilized Node.js, Backbone.js, React.js, MongoDB, Docker, AWS for server management. Archana holds an M.Sc in Scientific Computing from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a B.Sc in Computer Science from VPASC College, Baramati. She is proficient in Javascript, AWS, Python, NodeJS, Software Engineering, Microservices, Redis, Docker, MySQL, Frontend, MongoDB, Elastic Search, Search, Integration, AI, product manager, PHP, Postgres, and Mobile.
