Archana Dubey is a highly skilled Tech Lead with over 8 years of experience in stock trading systems and retail trading. She is currently working as a Technical Lead at WazirX, where she is responsible for scaling and maintaining distributed systems under heavy load. Archana is a motivated and inspiring team player with an eye for perfection. She has worked on different projects at different levels, and she is always looking for roles where she can take responsibility and make decisions to design and develop products that better meet technical and business requirements. Prior to her current role, Archana worked as a Technical Lead at Upstox, where she led a team of 4 developers to create an in-house Portfolio Book of clients using live orders from OMS. She also designed the architecture of the Order Book Service and helped other team members in implementing them. Archana led the efforts for creating in-house libraries for Logger, Kafka, Mongo, Redis, Config, etc., which would be used across all projects in the organization. She also led the project to create a 20-Depth order book for Nifty 50 stocks using TBT feed. Before her role as a Technical Lead, Archana worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Upstox. Here, she designed and developed Payment MicroService, which is used to add money to the trading account by all the clients. She also architected and deployed Multi-Device login on the pro.upstox.com and developed guest mode on pro.upstox.com. Archana holds a BTECH in Computer Science from VJTI, a Diploma in Computer Technology from Babasaheb Gawde Institute of Technology, and an SSC from B.L.Ruia High School. Her technical skills include Senior Software Engineer, Web3, Redis, MongoDB, Kafka, Software Engineer, and Microservices. Archana is a highly experienced and skilled Tech Lead with a passion for designing and developing products that better meet technical and business requirements.
