Archana Joshi is a Senior Consultant at Oracle India, with over 13 years of experience in the Java/J2EE and Struts based Execution Services Framework. She is a certified SCJP 1.5 and OCWCD 5.0 professional. Her expertise is in the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) and Oracle Revenue Management and Billing application (ORMB). Archana has designed, implemented, and tested complex modules for Oracle RMB, working closely with functional counterparts on all design and development activities for solution gaps and enhancements. She has delivered ORMB components like maintenance object, business object, extendable lookup, algorithms, batch jobs, change handlers, XAI services, inbound web services, business services, BPA scripts, UI maps, zones, search maps, user exits, and menus. She is also an expert in configuration of functional modules and has experience in Oracle RMB data model. Archana has mentored junior team members and conducted code reviews. She has a good understanding of functionality and hands-on experience with business processes across Insurance and Banking Modules (i.e., Customer, Billing, Policy). She has worked as a senior technical consultant for various implementations across banking and insurance domains. Before joining Oracle, Archana worked as an Associate Consultant at Capgemini, where she worked on the project "Credit Card Services-eOriginations" for Capital One Financial. She was solely responsible for multiple releases of the project and preparing various project-related documentation such as use case specifications, functional specifications, technical specifications, impact analysis, estimation, and status reports. She also worked as a developer for eChamps/eCafe applications (Credit Cards domain) for client HSBC - Asia Pacific Regions. Archana holds a BE IT degree from pvg's coet, Pune University.
