She is currently working as a Senior Operations and Logistics Manager at Uber, where she is responsible for leading People Initiatives for India Rides Business Ops. Archana's key responsibilities so far have included Strategy & Operations, P&L Management, Business Development, Client Engagement, Program/Project Management, Data Analytics, Stakeholder & People Management. She has a structured approach to areas such as recognition, leadership connect, and communication. She has also collaborated to quickly learn best practices from other organizations and regions and implemented them successfully. In her current role, Archana has made massive strides of meaningful progress on planning and operationalizing people initiatives, bringing about a statistically significant uplift in employee sentiment score in a year. Before joining Uber, Archana worked as a Lead, Product & Places at Uber, where she led multiple product launches, managed operations and strategy for important locations in the city, and developed a comprehensive marketplace framework across 19 expansion cities for business action planning. She was also instrumental in driving growth and reliability in west expansion cities. Archana holds a Post-Graduate Program in Management from the Indian School of Business (ISB) and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology Warangal.
