Archana Kshirsagar is an accomplished digital transformation leader with expertise in global strategy and operations, client services, and driving innovation and change management. With over 19 years of experience, Archana has worked extensively in startups and managed global teams, making her an expert in driving global operations and strategy, digital products, and change management. Currently, Archana is the Executive VP of Digital Products and Operations at JLL, where she leads beta sales and operations, go-to-market strategy, customer implementations, and customer success for an AI-based digital assistant app designed to boost employee productivity and workplace experience. Prior to this, she held the position of SVP Global Service Delivery and Operations at JLL, where she was responsible for the oversight of global innovation roadmaps, performance management, IT, analytics, and workplace operations across multiple service lines. She also managed financial planning and P&L while working closely with service lines and key stakeholders on strategic programs and objectives. Archana has experience in hiring and managing global teams across the US and multiple time zones, including Singapore, Ireland, Israel, Spain, Poland, and Mexico. Before joining JLL, Archana was the SVP of Technology Operations and Analytics, where she achieved $15 million in savings within 18 months by identifying gaps and opportunities in existing operational processes. She also refined the firm's global information security policy, worked with legal counsel, and was a diversity and inclusion board member. Archana has developed and executed data science and BI analytics strategies to handle big data for over 200 clients and was responsible for AMS operations for multiple service lines serving several large technology clients. Archana has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from JNTU, a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of Arizona, and an Executive Management degree from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. She is a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in AI, big data, and data science.
