Archana Nair is a seasoned Program Manager with over 9 years of experience in the technology industry. Currently, she is working as a Technical Program Manager at Paytm, where she is responsible for running projects and delivering results for the Events vertical, including Organisers, Ticketing, and Sports. With her expertise in project management, Archana ensures that the team meets its goals and objectives on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Before joining Paytm, Archana worked at Teachmint as a QA Lead. At this early-stage startup, she built a team from scratch and focused on fast deployments and quality builds. Her experience at Pratilipi as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer allowed her to develop her skills in testing, automation, and issue management. Archana was instrumental in helping the tech team scale from 300k MAU in April 2018 to 3.2M MAU in April 2021. Archana holds a B.Tech degree in Computer Science from Model Engineering College, where she honed her technical skills and gained a strong foundation in software development. Her tech stack includes QA and testing, and she is always looking for ways to improve her skills and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
