Archana Shastri is an experienced AI/ML Solution Architect with a strong background in software development and project implementation. With over 13 years of relevant experience, Archana has developed a keen business acumen in the information technology industry, with a particular emphasis on business analysis, design, development, implementation, and business transformation projects. Currently working as a Lead Data Scientist and Machine Learning & Deep Learning Developer at the International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics (ICRISAT), Archana is passionate about providing innovative technical consultancy, conducting research and development, statistical modelling, systems design, and application development. She has a design thinking approach and is comfortable in manipulating and analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensional data from heterogeneous sources.
