Archana Soni is a Director of Engineering with over 14 years of experience in the IT industry, including 6+ years in leadership roles. She has extensive experience in ramping up engineering teams for start-up operations and developing cloud-based systems using SOAP & REST web services. Archana has hands-on experience in automation testing using Gherkin/Cucumber and product development experience using Agile Scrum Methodology and traditional Waterfall method. She has experience in Test Driven Development and delivery of products in a SaaS Model. Archana has worked in different domains such as Access control systems, Medical, Insurance/Mortgage (Finance), E-commerce, in product-based companies. She has successfully completed and managed multiple projects in geographically diversified teams of 5-35 team members. Currently, she is working as a Project Manager Architect at Marlabs. In her past roles, Archana has worked as a Vice President at JP Morgan, where she led multiple application development teams and managed all the deliveries done by the team. She also worked as a Technical Manager at Publicis Sapient, where she identified, managed, quantified, and escalated risks to various internal and external stakeholders. She delivered a relevant technical solution based on best practices and technical specifications given by the client.
