Archishman Sengupta is a 20-year-old Computer Science undergraduate with a passion for software development, UI/UX design, and product management. He is currently an App Developer with 5 years of experience in Web Development and 1.5+ years in App Development. Archishman is also an Open-Source advocate who shares his learnings through speaking engagements and write-ups. Archishman's love for software development started when he was a little kid and got his hands on a white 2001 Windows XP CRT Computer. He learned QBASIC and was amazed by how he could get the computer to do whatever he wanted just by typing in funny little symbols. Throughout middle and high school, he built various projects, from HTML pages to simple Tic-Tac-Toe games, and learned C and C++. In the industry, Archishman's passion for software development remains with him. He can align, lead, and grow world-class product teams from 10 to 100 people. He loves to win but finds greater joy in helping the team win. He speaks tech and exec and tells great narratives that motivate. Archishman is constantly learning and refining himself to be a better person. He stays calm when faced with adversity and focuses on making high-quality decisions.
