Archit Kapoor is a passionate Sr. Software Developer with 6 years of experience in designing and developing Scala and Python-based applications, building REST APIs, and following a Microservices architectural style. He's a programming language enthusiast and a fan of Scala and Python. However, he's open to learning new technologies as well. Archit's skill set includes Scala, Python, Golang, Java, C, Git, Docker, RESTful web services, project management, shell scripting, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, JIRA, Ansible, Docker, and more. He has sound knowledge of OOP concepts and a fair bit of knowledge of deployment. He is a quick learner, proactive, and loves to enjoy his work. Archit is also a keen observer and always prefers to keep things organized and well-managed. Currently, Archit is working as a Software Engineer at HCL Technologies, Noida. He joined HCL as a fresher and has been working there for some time. Before joining HCL, he worked at Wegilant Net Solutions as a Software Developer, where he primarily worked on Appvigil iOS Scanner as a backend engineer. He also created iOS apps for the purpose of benchmarking against their vulnerability scanning tool and was involved in penetration testing of mobile apps. Archit added UTF-8 support to the Appvigil iOS Scanner. He also worked at Betaout as a Software Developer, where he built some Microservices using Scala, AWS S3, Mongo Db, and Akka. Archit completed his Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science (CSE) from Uttar Pradesh Technical University in 2014. He is a self-motivated and optimistic person who aspires to be a technical architect. Coding, music, and coffee are his life. He wants to work with people who are smart and love challenges.
