Archit Sharma is a passionate data-driven tech product builder with a mission to reach every household in India. He is currently the Co-Founder of Credwise, India's first credit sharing platform, where he is building an easy-to-use and secure platform that helps people bring all their family expenses on a single credit card. Archit has professional experience in data science, analytics, data engineering, and software development across e-commerce, ed-tech, and fintech industries. Archit's professional journey began at Walmart, where he worked as a Data Scientist for Product Analytics. He was responsible for maintaining the ETL and Automation Data pipeline for the organization and helped drive business growth and better user experience through data-driven decision-making. He also partnered with global product and business teams to identify, quantify, prioritize, test, launch, and monitor improvements in user experience. At Walmart, Archit designed report templates that provided necessary insights to businesses in understanding the product changes or experience changes on the site. After his stint at Walmart, Archit joined Atlassian as a Senior Data Scientist. Here, he created a Confluence Macro (FE) and an NLP-based API service that generated Extractive Summarization for the page content. Archit also built a recommendation engine along with analytics dashboard to recommend plan changes and subscription changes to help customers make informed decisions. He was the one-point contact for all Frontend analytics needs of Commerce Systems, including Checkout and post-transaction user interactions. Archit designed the centralized commerce dashboard incorporating and prioritizing business-level metrics for commerce. The dashboard served as the single source of truth for the commerce executive metrics. Archit is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, where he earned his Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree. He has a wide range of technical skills that include Data Scientist, SQL, Python, ML, Research Scientist, Hadoop, Data Engineering, NLP, Apache Hive, Frontend, Software Engineer, test, Search, OpenCV, Edge Detection, Spark, Backend, Image Processing, MySQL, Salesforce, ETL, Flask, and UI.
