Arezoo Tajerzadeh is a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Palo Alto Networks with over 10 years of experience in the information security industry. She is a capable and results-oriented professional with extensive technical experience in software appliance, computer networking and security, and mobile security. Currently, Arezoo is responsible for Cortex XDR technical support at Palo Alto Networks. Her role involves providing technical assistance to customers on the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of the Cortex XDR platform. She is also involved in identifying and resolving complex technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Prior to joining Palo Alto Networks, Arezoo worked at Barracuda as a Tier I-B Technical Support Engineer for Email Security Gateway and Email Security Service. In this role, she developed expertise in email protection with Barracuda appliances/virtual/cloud services. She also coached new hires, performed network analysis techniques such as TCP dump and Wireshark, and troubleshooted in a Linux and Cloud environment. Arezoo has a deep understanding of networking technologies such as TCP/IP, routing, static routes, proxies, ARP, and DHCP. Arezoo holds a certification in Full Stack web development from the University of California, Berkeley, where she completed a 24-week Web Development Boot Camp. She also has a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Malaysia (UM) and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Iran.
