Arghya Pal is a highly skilled UI and Angular consultant with over 7 years of relevant experience. Currently, he is working as an Application Development Senior Analyst at Accenture, where he is involved in a project named Marketplace Implementation, which aims to revolutionize the way small business accounts are placed and serviced in the Banking and Financial Services Industry for their client, Chubb - the world's largest publicly traded property and casualty insurance company in the USA. In this role, Arghya is responsible for gathering information about assigned user stories from clients and understanding the requirements from the CHUBB business team. He has developed the Front end Angular Application from scratch using Angular 7, Flex, Redux, HTML, CSS, Typescript, and Webpack, and has integrated Restful APIs & Native Duck Creek. He has also worked extensively with Angular CLI for creating components, services, pipes, and directives, and has integrated Flex-Layout with Angular to intelligently automate the process of applying appropriate Flexbox CSS to the browser. Arghya has added Google Analytics tracking to the Angular web application and used the Redux pattern (NgRx2) to manage the application state. He is also involved in daily scrum meetings organized by Scrum Master to provide updates on tasks allotted in Monthly Sprints and decides proper estimation for each user story and starts development from end to end, which includes Complete Story Implementation, Code review, Peer review, Unit Testing, and Bug Fixing. Prior to his current role, Arghya has worked with TCS, where he was involved in developing and delivering service operation as quickly as possible after an incident interrupt the normal business flow for a leading Telecom Industry in the UK. He has also created a web interface to create, assign, and manage incidents created by affected business users, developed the web interface using Angular, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap, and configured it with Dialog flow Google Chatbot. Arghya has also worked with a leading newspaper publishing industry in the USA, where he has successfully created responsive and highly interactive web pages using AngularJS, HTML5, CSS, and Bootstrap. He has good experience in developing Single Page Application, working with custom Directives, Controllers, Services, filters modules of AngularJS, and has worked extensively in Agile Development Process.
