Arhima Singh is an experienced Software Engineer with a strong background in computer networking industry. Currently working as a Technology Analyst at Goldman Sachs, she has a demonstrated expertise in Python, R, Tensorflow, Keras, Java, C, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, React.js, Bootstrap, Kafka, Flink, AWS, and Springboot. With a Master of Technology (MTech) in Information Technology from International Institute of Information Technology – Bangalore, Arhima has a relevant experience of 5.11 years. In her previous role as a Software Engineer at Cisco, Arhima worked on several projects including Churn Prediction Model for Webex11 product, Quarterly Booking Value Projection, Customer Segmentation, and Offer Recommendation. She used Logistic Regression and Random Forest algorithms to build a churn model, multiple time series forecasting algorithms to predict booking value, and K-Means & Hierarchical Clustering to perform segmentation. For offer recommendation, she used collaborative filtering algorithm to determine the association between offers and develop recommendation. As an Intern at Cisco, Arhima worked on developing the Technology Expert Track Framework, a tool that helps in tracking employee skills and assigning projects to them based on their skillset. She also worked on developing the Order Transaction Replay dashboard that is used to replay E2E order transaction lifecycle by analyzing transaction and log data. Arhima has a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Shri G S Institute of Technology & Science and a CBSE AISSCE in PCM from St. Mary's Co-ed School, Harda (M.P).
