Arif Ahmad is a skilled Data Scientist with over 6 years of relevant experience. Currently working at Optym, he has previously worked as a Data Scientist at StanceBeam, where he developed motion analysis algorithms using IMU data sources in C and Python. Arif has also analyzed and improved algorithmic performance and extended automated test suites to validate new and existing metrics. He has developed algorithms and methods to facilitate Cricket player motion analysis and effectively engaged with customers during real-life use of the software developed. Arif has also worked on a project on cancer detection using machine learning, where he proposed a novel multi-layered method combining clustering and regression for cancer risk prediction system.
