Arif Ahmed is an experienced Quality Program Manager with a strong background in the information technology and services industry. With almost 20 years of experience, he has developed expertise in Root Cause Analysis, Pre-sales, Business Process Improvement, Quality Improvement, and Service Delivery. Currently, he works at Hewlett Packard as a Battery Quality SME, where he manages all aspects of Battery quality on HP Notebook and Mobile products. Arif has a proven track record of executing global programs to improve product quality beyond warranty. He has worked in various roles at Hewlett Packard, including WW Quality Program Manager and Commercial- Lead Quality Program Manager. In his previous roles, he has planned and delivered failure rate budgets for Asia Pacific and Japan, managed Commercial PC Product Quality for APJ, and provided consultation to team members on issue management, cross-functional engagement, product/service quality improvement initiatives, and led Diagnostics adaptation/usage/tracking. Arif holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Peoples Education Society. He also completed his Pre-university education from Dayananda PU College and High school education from Dayananda Boys High School. Arif's technical expertise includes Mobile technology.
