Prior to his role at L&T, Arijeet worked as a Graduate Engineer Trainee, where he developed scripts to identify and perform required action for the redundant batches which are not managed under the Universal group. He also oversaw and led a team of 3 members for the project domain - Finance on "Vehicle Loan Management System" and provided an end-to-end loan-cycle management system. Arijeet holds a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Jadavpur University and a 12th-grade degree in Pure Science from Jamshedpur Public School (A.I.W.C).
