Arijeet Bhattacharya is a certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner with over 4 years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer. He has a demonstrated history of working in the information technology industry and is skilled in Python, Java EE, C++, Elastic Search, Databases, and Kibana. He has also been exposed to Splunk, Microsoft Azure, and DevOps. Currently, Arijeet is working as a Senior Software Engineer II at Rakuten, where he is a part of the RPay Modernization team. He is responsible for preparing Microservices and migrating components to the cloud. He takes complete ownership of E2E development, deployment, and monitoring of Microservices on One Cloud environment. He is also leading a team of 8 engineers and has complete ownership of critical Shopper flows in RPay applications and migrated it to the cloud. His tech stack includes Java EE, Kotlin, SQL, Splunk, Elastic search, Kibana, and Kubernetes. Prior to Rakuten, Arijeet worked at Amadeus as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer. He headed the deployment of Discrepancy Framework v2 as a standard standalone product with complete deployment with new features with high availability and accurate tracking of discrepancies. He was responsible for coordinating the development and maintenance of Altea Seating Product in Bangalore. He has also worked on multiple issues on the Seating feature of Altea product with multiple dependencies on the C++ OBE. His tech stack at Amadeus included Python, C++, Elastic Search, Kibana, and Grafana. Arijeet holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science from Manipal Institute of Technology, where he graduated in 2018. He also holds a High School Diploma from Royal Sr. Sec. School and Christ Church Boys' Sr. Sec. School.
