Arijit Dutta is a tech strategist with a passion for contributing to the welfare of mankind through innovation. Currently, he is working as a Learning and Development professional at HighRadius, where he is responsible for developing and implementing learning strategies and programs. He assesses individual and organizational development needs and uses a variety of learning methods throughout the organization. Arijit also leads a team of 17 people to the success of development plans and maximizing learning opportunities. Prior to his current role, Arijit worked as a Research Teaching Associate at KIIT University and as a Software Engineer at Ilogitron Technologies Pvt Ltd, where he was responsible for cloud-native application development using microservices architecture. He has a diverse educational background, with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science and Engineering from KIIT University, a Master of Technology (MTech) in Computer Science Engineering, a Master of Computer Applications (MCA), and a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), all from KIIT University. Arijit also holds a Higher Secondary degree in Science from Sri Aurobindo Vidya Mandir, Chandernagore, and a National Eligibility Test (NET) in Computer Science and Engineering from the University Grants Commission (UGC). Arijit's tech stack includes research scientist, software engineer, and microservices. He has relevant experience of 1.43 years and is always looking for new challenges to grow and contribute to the industry.
