With 6.78 years of relevant experience, Arijit has worked with top companies in the industry, including ShareChat and BookMyShow. At ShareChat, he served as an Engineering Manager, leading four teams consisting of 21 backend developers in Consumer Experience, Discovery, Growth, and Feed. He managed various projects such as Follow, Comments, Profile, Explore, Tags, Sign-up, Feed, Sports, SCTV, KOL, Referral, and Groups. Arijit's work at ShareChat involved managing engineering roadmap, mentoring new folks, monitoring execution and quality, setting up processes, owning backend design and architecture, setting up metrics and monitoring, and owning uptime and performance of services. Arijit is a highly skilled software engineer with expertise in Backend development. He has a strong command of various technologies and has experience in developing scalable and high-performance systems. He is also proficient in mentoring new folks and monitoring execution and quality. Currently, Arijit is working on building for Bharat Gen-Z creator economy in his stealth mode startup.
