Arijit Pramanik is a Staff Software Development Engineer at Intel Corporation with over 10 years of experience in System Programming for SoC & GPU. He holds a Computer Science Masters degree from NIT Calicut and is a passionate and detail-oriented programmer striving for perfection. Arijit is a Technical Lead who successfully motivated a small group of developers into getting the highest accolades for their recent endeavors. Currently, Arijit is the Lead Modelling / Simulation Engineer at Intel, where he is the Technical Lead of a small team for SoC & Platform Simics Functional Model. He is working extensively on various Boot Critical IPs such as Power Management Controller, SPI, eSPI, NVMe, SATA, etc. for pre-Silicon SW Development and HW Validation. Additionally, he is working on Simics DML and Python. In the past, Arijit has worked as a Senior Graphics Software Engineer and Graphics Software Engineer at Intel. As a Technical Lead, he assumed Product Ownership of Graphics Debugger for its development and support activities across all Graphics products. He also developed and deployed the next-generation OS agnostic Graphics Debugger, which supports both Visual Studio & Eclipse plug-in. Arijit has also worked on the implementation of Scheduler & Instruction Buffer decode with replay, all available Graphics Memory Translation Page-Walks to read system & dGPU memory accurately, 3D pipeline State Recorder, and Shader instruction decode and analysis. He has worked in C++ & C# and demonstrated his work to Internal Graphics Tech Summit, receiving one department-level award. Arijit has also worked as an individual contributor, developing and supporting Post Silicon Validation Test Loader and Application interface to read & modify memory associated with Intel Graphics. He has owned full responsibilities for two projects while closely supporting SV team, implemented Scheduler Dispatch & Completion logic, and designed & implemented HDCP2.2 Authentication protocol while establishing a new way to communicate with Security Firmware. He has worked in C++ and received two department-level awards. Arijit's education includes a Computer Science Masters from NIT Calicut and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from West Bengal University of Technology.
