Arijit R. is a Frontend Engineer by profession and a Cinephile by choice. He is currently working as a Software Engineer I - Full Stack at Compass IDC, where he is building tools that help developers work faster and with fewer hurdles. Arijit is passionate about decoding Javascript and is constantly trying to improve his skills in this area. Arijit has experience working in an Agile-driven environment and has effectively maintained project timelines and utilized available resources. He has worked as an Associate Analyst - Front End Developer at Deloitte USI, where he provided technology consulting services to one of the biggest players in the Insurance Domain. He was responsible for developing Web UI using Angular 6/8 and integrating the UI with REST APIs. Arijit has also worked as a Member of Organizing Team - Web Development at Girlscript, where he led a team of 6 developers and helped migrate the GirlScript Summer of Code'20 Edition website to the new and updated GirlScript Summer of Code'21 Edition website. He conducted brainstorming sessions for UI improvements and designated tasks to the development team, working with them to provide the website in short deadlines. Arijit holds a Bachelor of Computer Application degree from The Heritage Academy 213, where he studied Computer Application. He has a relevant experience of 3.78 years and is proficient in Software Engineering, Frontend Development, Web Development, Infrastructure, UI, Javascript, AngularJS, Sentiment Analysis, Typescript, ML, Spring Boot, Spring, Postgres, and Python.
