Arijit Saha is a talented Software Engineer currently working at Google. He is passionate about programming and enjoys solving complex problems. Arijit has a strong technical background and is skilled in Java, Javascript, web development, UI, and backend development. At Google, Arijit has worked on various projects, including the Google Software Product Sprint (formerly CodeU) where he collaborated with a team of peers to design and implement a web application using Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. He leveraged various Google Cloud Platform APIs, including App Engine and Datastore, to create an application that matches people who want to get a task done with people who are willing to do it in exchange for some money. As a part of this project, Arijit practiced industry best practices such as contributing to open source software using Git and GitHub, conducting code reviews, participating in distributed development, designing new components and interfaces, and leading them to completion. Prior to joining Google, Arijit worked as a Software Engineer Intern at Microsoft, where he was part of the Edge PDF Team. He enhanced the PDF annotation experience by working on a React+Redux based framework for the UI and a C++ based framework for the backend. Arijit holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), Shibpur, where he graduated in 2021. He also holds a High School Diploma from Kendriya Vidyalaya. Arijit has 2.20 years of relevant experience and is always looking to grow and learn new skills.
