Arindam has more than three years of experience in developing enterprise-focused gig work solutions at Awign, where he is currently working. Arindam has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry, including Deloitte, Reserve Bank of India, and TCS. At Deloitte, he helped clients in their digital transformation of Subscription as a Service Model using SAP BRIM. He also led the development of v1 of a high-volume billing application, identified client's needs, created user journey maps, prioritized the list of features to include in MVP & subsequent iterations, and delivered complex contract change management features in record time. Arindam has a deep understanding of customers' needs and is passionate about developing innovative solutions that combine cutting-edge technology. He has experience in programming in Java/J2EE, AngularJS, R, and SQL. Arindam is highly resilient and has a proven track record of developing unique solutions that can meet the most complex of requirements. Arindam has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Netaji Subhash Engineering College.
