Arindam Chakraborty is a skilled Senior Software Engineer (III) with over 8 years of experience in engineering. He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from NIT, Jamshedpur (2008-2012). Currently, he is working at Synchronoss Technologies as a Senior Software Engineer (III). Arindam is well-versed in C, C++, and has hands-on experience in Data Structures, Algorithms, System Design, OOP, Embedded Systems, Mobile Communication, RCS, IMS, SIP, MSRP, GDB, Valgrind, Bamboo, Docker, Linux, GIT, C/C++. Arindam has contributed to and finalized some aspects of the product design from both system level and low-level perspectives. He implemented new features like TLS, HealthCheck, etc. for the backend server. Arindam delivered 11 product releases across 4 servers in a span of 4 years. He worked with cross-functional teams such as QA, Documentation, Global Customer Support, User Interface teams as well as remote engineering and functional OEM partner teams, handling all end-to-end deliverables. Arindam has also worked at Samsung R&D Institute India, Bangalore as a Senior Software Engineer where he coordinated with multinational SOC manufacturers with professionals from 3 countries to integrate ARM/Hexagon based baseband processors in smartphones. He collaborated with application processor teams in board bring-up activities for smartphones for European, American, and Global markets. Arindam retrieved and analyzed RAM dumps to identify root causes of modem crashes for the stability of the system using Trace32 and JTAG debuggers. He worked with Audio HW team to calibrate different modules in the audio subsystem as part of audio bring up for new models.
