Arindam Chaudhuri is an accomplished Product Owner with over 11 years of experience in the finance industry. He is currently working at Brady as the Product Owner for Brady Credit Risk, where he is responsible for planning the development of functional and technical changes to the product, planning product releases and sprints in an Agile/Scrum based approach, client engagement, sales and marketing support, and monitoring emerging risks, issues, and responding in a timely manner. Prior to joining Brady, Arindam worked at Quantexa as a Business Analyst/Manager, where he was responsible for business and data analysis design for the Proof of Concept (PoC) for credit risk modelling and unified wholesale client hierarchy across global markets and investment banking. He also worked on data analysis using Scala on Spark/HDFS, product owner responsibilities, and analysis and implementation of markets customer monitoring using a network-based approach. Arindam successfully delivered Proof of Concepts across new use cases for the Quantexa product. Arindam also worked at Lloyds Bank as a Project Manager/Business Analyst, where he was responsible for project management for LIBOR transformation and product owner for Rates Front Office trading. He was involved in embedding change and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), business requirement, project planning, risk resolution, updating stakeholders and steering committee, running project delivery and working group, engagement with key stakeholders and positions of influence, requirements analysis, facilitating meetings, risk analysis, resolving issues, and delivery. Arindam holds a Master's degree in Finance and Systems from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
