Arindam Goswami is an accomplished Associate Director of Engineering with over 11 years of extensive software development and management experience. He has worked for high-growth companies such as CitrusPay-PayU, PubMatic, and GS Lab, and is currently working at Groww. Arindam has a proven track record of building various projects from scratch and taking them to a state where they can handle high throughput and volume of loads seamlessly, with highly optimized infrastructure costs. Arindam has worked as an Engineering Manager at PayU, leading multiple teams building a number of interesting, highly relevant core payment products. He has also worked as a Team Leader at CitrusPay-PayU, leading the core payments checkout team.
