He is a human-centric leader who prioritizes teamwork, storytelling, and technology in his work. At UCT, Arindam is responsible for leading organic/inorganic strategy, ESG, and other key corporate priorities. Under his leadership, UCT has quadrupled its revenue since 2015, consistently outperforming market and industry benchmarks. Arindam is deeply passionate about portfolio strategy, M&A, and investment in full-stack enterprise technology, from semiconductors to hybrid/multi-cloud infra compute/storage/networking through middleware platform/security to AI/Data/smart Apps, leveraging emerging innovation. He is also focused on deep tech portfolio strategy development/sequencing for build/partner/buy/divest/invest, planning operationalization, and digital transformation. Arindam has an impressive track record in the industry, having built enterprise software products, run $200M+ international business, presented organic/inorganic strategic roadmap to BoD, worked on transformational acquisitions (ie. Red Hat), reviewed hundreds of deal opportunities with investors/entrepreneurs, and led multiple partnerships and venture investments. He is an engineer turned business leader, with a network in the VC and entrepreneurial ecosystem that offers him continuous learning and selective mentoring/angel investment opportunities. In his spare time, Arindam is passionate about science and technology innovation for kids. He mentors robotics teams, leads cultural engagements, advises early-stage startups, and reads about principled business leadership. Arindam holds an MBA in Corporate Finance and Strategy from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.Tech in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
