Arindam Roy is a highly motivated and versatile UX Architect/Usability Analyst with over 15 years of experience in design delivery. He has extensive experience in UX engineering on multiple products, taking ideas from concept to release, and providing customer-focused software. With a deep understanding of the whole development lifecycle, including usability, user experience, end-user, customer, product development, and management, Arindam has built a reputation for building usability strategies for different products and institutionalizing usability processes. Arindam has a wealth of experience in User-Centered Design methods, including Usability Research, Usability Testing, Task Flow Analysis, and producing Personas, Task Flows, Wireframes, Visual Designs, and UI Style Guides. He has a solid background in mobile application UI (IOS, Android, Blackberry) usability and web user interfaces, coupled with visual design solutions across a broad set of user markets. Arindam has a proven track record of analyzing application requirements and user profiles and redesigning complete user interfaces to boost productivity gains, improve user performance, and address design problems related to usability/UX. He has also been a UX design manager for multiple mobile enterprise apps, showcased at the Mobile World 2012 Congress in Barcelona. Arindam is an HFI Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) and has extensive experience in usability strategy planning, best practices, usability style guide, and process improvement. He has conducted UX training and presented UX presentations, projecting the cost-benefit impacts of UX engineering to customers. With a deep understanding of web UI and RIA technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.), Arindam has managed onshore-offshore-based design projects as a UX project manager. Arindam has worked closely with innovation teams on ideating revolutionary designs as organizational initiatives.
