Aris Prianto is an all-round software engineer with over 7 years of experience in building data pipelines, data visualization dashboards, and single-page web applications. He is currently working as an Analytic Platform Engineer at Tokopedia, where he leads the Data Analyst team to democratize data across the platform. Aris has a strong technical background and is familiar with cloud platform environments such as Google Cloud Platform and Amazon Web Service. He has worked with various technologies, including web development, software engineering, ETL, machine learning, mobile development, data warehousing, and testing. Prior to joining Tokopedia, Aris worked as a Software Engineer at Samsung, where he developed a web application to enable customers to interact and consult with sales teams during the Covid-19 lockdown periods. He also collaborated with cross-functional teams to build web applications that automated manual repetitive works related to data processing. Additionally, he developed ETL processes, data warehouses, and visualization dashboards to generate insights and report key metrics of mobile applications owned by Samsung Indonesia. Aris began his career as an Embedded System Engineer Intern at Qimtronics, where he built software for embedded systems that focused on mining truck enhancement products. He developed an Anti-Collision Warning System to reduce the risk of accidents in mining sites. Aside from his technical skills, Aris is a sports enthusiast, particularly in running and cycling. He also has an interest in finance and economic development. Aris holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung. He also attended SMA Negeri 8 Jakarta, where he studied Science.
