Aritra Sen is an SDET Intern at Groww and an ex-Research Intern at IIT Jammu. He is passionate about building software that can help people in their everyday life, with a strong focus on putting users at the center of everything he develops. Aritra has a deep interest in computer networking, security, and cloud technologies. Aritra has a strong proficiency in web technologies such as React, JavaScript, Node.js, Electron.js, Django, Python, SQL, and MongoDB. He has experience in developing backend systems, and he is also skilled in automation and deployment using Docker and Kubernetes. Aritra's current role at Groww involves working as an SDET Intern, where he is responsible for developing and executing test cases, debugging issues, and ensuring the quality of the product. He has also contributed to the Joplin open source project under the Google Summer of Code program. In his previous role as a Back End Developer at FarziEngineer, Aritra built a new e-commerce server written in Django, Python3, and Postgres DB. He automated the migration of old MySQL databases to the new platform and integrated multiple 3rd party e-commerce, inventory, and payment gateway services. He also helped deploy services to Docker and Kubernetes. Aritra holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the Institute of Engineering and Management, where he is currently pursuing his studies. He has relevant experience of 0.85 years in the field of SDET, Research Scientist, Javascript, SQL, Django, MongoDB, Web, Python, Backend, NodeJS, Electron.js, Kubernetes, Docker, MySQL, and Postgres.
