Arjit Srivastava is an experienced software engineer with a passion for crafting high-quality products and leading teams to success. With over 7 years of experience in the internet industry, Arjit has a proven track record of delivering exceptional results and driving innovation. As an Engineering Manager at Delivery Hero, Arjit is responsible for mentoring and guiding the professional and technical development of engineers, as well as continuously improving software engineering practices. He is invested in having a strong sense of engineering craftsmanship while focusing on the customer and the details. Arjit loves collaborating with and across teams to design, build, and ship great experiences for customers. Prior to his current role, Arjit worked at Zendrive as an Engineering Manager, where he worked on Zendrive's internal tools and Android SDK. He acted as the de facto lead for the Android SDK team and led the Autobahn team at Zendrive. Before that, he was a Product Engineer at Sprinklr where he worked in the CARE team responsible for increasing customer satisfaction and retention, and reducing support costs. He also worked as a Platform Engineer at Hackerearth, where he was responsible for creating, testing, and verifying the official challenges happening on Hackerearth. Arjit holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), as well as an ISC from Sheiling House School. His technical skills include Senior Software Engineer, Android, and Software Engineer. Arjit is a naturally curious individual who likes to take ownership and a personal stake in the success of the product and the team.
