Arjun Anandkumar is a seasoned Lead Technical Analyst with over 13 years of experience in the field. He is currently working at Exerp, where he started as a Technical Analyst and was quickly promoted to the Lead Technical Analyst role due to his exceptional understanding of the Exerp platform, strong technical skills, and ability to offer guidance to his colleagues. Arjun has taken on additional responsibilities from various departments, including being the main point of contact for hardware-related questions and writing SQL extracts based on client specifications. He is also actively involved in major incidents and writes incident reports and postmortems to outline the root cause and corrective measures implemented. Arjun has actively worked on several projects at Exerp, including the migration to a 64-bit platform, which is still ongoing. He is responsible for constant testing, communication with clients, liaising with internal product owners and developers to ensure they have a full understanding of clients' needs and to map out development tasks. Arjun was also the main contributor towards the technical aspects of the team effort for Exerp Club, a from-scratch set up mimicking how a fitness center running Exerp would look like. Arjun's key skills include Java, Eclipse IDE for traversing code, UNIX for data manipulation and log reading, and SQL. He has also gained many years of hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience. Prior to Exerp, Arjun worked remotely for Optiva, Inc. via Crossover, where he was a Level 2 Architect responsible for higher-level troubleshooting for Optiva's proprietary TCB and Unified charging solutions. This role demanded an excellent eye for detail and an extremely high level of communication between co-workers and customers located around various parts of the world. Arjun holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Mahatma Gandhi University, where he also studied Computer Science.
