Arjun Das is a seasoned engineering manager with over 9 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering product features and end-to-end systems at scale. He is currently working as a Senior Engineering Manager at Freshworks, where he leads a team of engineers and manages the engineering vision to ensure on-time quality delivery. Arjun's expertise lies in mentoring and guiding his team by setting short-term and long-term goals, building the right talent within his team, and setting the right quality standards for engineering deliverables. He has a customer-first approach and works towards alleviating customer pain points to ensure customer satisfaction. Apart from his engineering ownership and delivery, Arjun has also been a part of over 400 interviews to help grow the organization. He has also worked as an Engineering Manager and Technical Lead at Freshworks, where he built and maintained data import platforms and designed and architected multiple features for Freshdesk targeting mid-market customers. Arjun holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology, and Research Academy. He also completed his Junior High/Intermediate/Middle School Education and Teaching from Hindu Senior Secondary School, Indra Nagar.
