Arjun R Prasad is a highly experienced Principal Software Engineer with over 16 years of experience in EDA design flows and infrastructure. Currently, he is leading and managing a design automation team for Engineering flows used in the development of Memory Compilers. Arjun has worked on various CAD flows such as Physical Tiling, Netlisting, Characterization, GUI and CAD Views generation and validation for Memory Compiler Physical IP. He also has experience in general infrastructure tool development to support various stages of Memory Compiler Physical IP development. Arjun has a diverse set of skills, including C++, Core Java, and Perl. He has also worked on the design and development of web-based systems for Physical IP design space exploration, characterization, and delivery. Arjun's current role is as a Software Systems Engineer at Hewlett Packard, where he has been working since August 2005. During his time at Hewlett Packard, he has worked on various projects, including Common Criteria Certification of HPUX 11iV2 and Role-Based Access Control. Prior to joining Hewlett Packard, Arjun worked as a Design Engineer at Infineon Technologies from July 2007 to March 2010. At Infineon, he worked on the development of a web interface for memory compilers, a tool suite for qualification of memories, and was responsible for maintaining the development environment that helped developers focus on coding without worrying about the tools they needed. From April 2010 to November 2011, Arjun worked as a Senior Design Engineer at Infineon Technologies, where he led the Memory Compiler software tool suite and contributed to the development of the Simulator SDK. Arjun holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Science from M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology, completed between 2001 and 2005. He also has a background in PCMC from K.L.E S Nijalingappa College and completed his schooling at B.P. Indian Public School and Hymamshu Jyoti Kala Peetha. Arjun's technical skills include Software Engineering, Infra, Senior Software Engineering, Java, and Web.
