Arjun Singh is an experienced education professional with a passion for teaching and a drive to change the way people learn. With over five years of experience in both online and offline teaching, Arjun has developed a strong understanding of how to create effective educational content and deliver it in a way that engages students. As an Associate Manager at BYJU'S, Arjun is responsible for directing the curriculum for Maths across multiple projects, managing and creating teams, and hiring new talent through campus recruitments and offline drives. He is also responsible for training staff on content management and people management, ensuring that the team is equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. In his previous role as Academic Head at BYJU'S, Arjun managed admissions, staff, and over 100 students at the centres. He was responsible for student retention for the following year and taught Maths to grades 8 to 10 CBSE and ICSE, as well as JEE Maths at multiple centres. He also created and reviewed test papers, conducted strength and weakness analysis of students, and organized parents-teacher meetings after quarterly tests. Arjun's experience also includes a role as Senior Product Development Associate at BYJU'S, where he was responsible for final video reviews before pushing them to the app and revamping the existing BYJU'S app by identifying gaps and creating fillers. He also took fun classes for students and managed content on the learning management system. Arjun's education includes a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal, and a degree in Mathematics and Science from DAV Public School, Aurangabad. He is a natural leader who strongly promotes healthy work culture and environment, and he believes that quality is strictly a function of time.
