Arjun Talwar is an experienced technologist with a passion for delivering complex business solutions. He is currently pursuing his first year of MBA at the Tepper School of Business, Carnegie Mellon University, with a keen interest in strategy, marketing, and product management. With five years of experience in the software industry and running his own startup, he has a strong understanding of technology and product development. Arjun has worked as a Partner Technology Manager at Google, where he defined success criteria for 'Subscribe with Google' and collaborated with cross-functional teams to create dashboards measuring user adoption, trends, and baselines. He recommended new product enhancements to meet the goal of 30% acquisition, several of which were accepted into the product timeline. He also identified lengthy QA processes as a deterrent to seamless partner onboarding and delivered a strategy to automate partner integration processes, reducing the testing time required per partner significantly. Arjun has also worked as an MBA Student Consultant for Kearney, where he received the 'Best Team Award' among 20+ teams. He developed a strategy to reduce environmental impact and improve the sustainability of plant operations for a $1.2bn energy company by increasing the proportion of electricity consumption from renewable energy sources, with a long-term goal of 100% renewable energy sources. Arjun has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information Technology from the College of Engineering and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Carnegie Mellon University.
