Arjun Thiagarajan is an enthusiastic Industrial Engineer with a passion for Supply Chain Management and Operation Research. He holds an undergraduate degree in Production Engineering from the National Institute of Technology and a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology. Arjun's interest and passion to learn more have driven him to pursue a career in Industrial Engineering, specializing in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Facilities, Operations, Quality, and Lean Engineering. Arjun has gained experience in various areas of Industrial Engineering, including Lean Manufacturing, Sustainable Manufacturing, and Six Sigma. He is skilled in Manufacturing Processes, Process Improvement, and Quality Control. He is also proficient in Design of Experiments and Statistical Analysis using Minitab, MATLAB, Excel, and Access. Arjun's expertise in Design for Manufacturing and Assembly has helped him develop a comprehensive understanding of the field. Currently, Arjun works as an Industrial Engineer II at Geodis, where he applies his knowledge and skills to optimize their supply chain operations. He has previously worked as an Industrial Engineer- Retail at Southeastern Grocers and as a Teaching Assistant at New Jersey Institute of Technology. As a Teaching Assistant, he instructed undergraduate Industrial Engineering classes, aided in developing course content, organized and facilitated classroom lessons, and provided individual instruction and guidance through tutoring and mentoring. Arjun's education history includes a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Technology in Production Engineering from the National Institute of Technology. He has also gained relevant experience as a Research Scientist for 7.77 years.
