Arka Saha is a curious explorer of cutting-edge technologies with a practical approach to solving real-world problems. As an active learner, he has developed a full-stack developer skill set with prior experience in Data Science and Cloud Computing. He has assumed responsibility for managing Scrum and has honed his work distribution, time management, and alignment to DevOps ideation skills. Currently, Arka is a Member Of Technical Staff - III at VMware, where he is responsible for the development and delivery of a software solution to automate, validate, and streamline all forms of purchase requests of IBM CIO India through the Purchase Order Management System (Smartrack). Arka has also worked as a Full Stack Developer at IBM, where he developed a BigData platform for Spark on OpenShift, designed cloud-native CI/CD pipelines using Argo and Tekton, developed Kubernetes operators in Golang, and created ETL automation solutions for Hybrid Cloud using Python and Shell Script. He has also integrated monitoring tools such as Instana, LogDNA, and Prometheus and performed platform security and penetration testing. As a Data Science Intern at HighRadius, Arka analyzed trends and detected patterns of Accounts Receivable at the customer level. He also developed Collections prediction and Deductions validation models by leveraging ML. Arka has a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from KIIT University, where he graduated in 2020. He also holds an Indian School Certificate Examination (ISC) in Science (PCM) and Computer Science and an Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) with a score of 95.25%. Arka's tech stack includes Software Engineering, Data Science, Spark, CI/CD, Kubernetes, DevOps, ETL, Python, Golang, Kafka, Jenkins, and ML.
